It's The Choices That We Choose

so mike is back. woo hoo. i was really scared when he came, with all these stupid irrational thoughts. but when he got here all of that went away.

i picked him up in the airport, all dressed cute. and he called me the second they landed. he walked down the stairs and we were one of those cheesey couples. hah.

So after he got his baggage, we were going back to my car. And i told him, so im 21 now. So he says, lets go out and get some drinks. And he comes up with the idea to go to Seaport Village to get drinks and this appetizer that he had before, fried calamari. He wanted me to try it because it tastes like chicken and he knows how much i miss chicken. It was sooo good. And i got a really good margarita. mmm. soo yummy.

After that we go back to my house and i got presents and a postcard that he couldnt send me for some reason. And what officially makes him a keeper, is that he bought my mom a present in Brazil. How cute is that???
We watched 6ft under, and im very dissapointed with the results. not the show, just what i wanted to happen didnt. oh well.

then i made dinner, including lasagna, asparagus, cheesey bread and wine. dessert was bought, but mike fell asleep before we could eat it. we watched sopranos while eating dinner, and then mike lays down on my lap and a few minutes later he does the halfway asleep shudders. it was 930pm, so it was really funny.

we just went to bed then. it was funny. im glad he is back.
turns out his friend wont be here until tomorrow. which is nice. after work i might have to help him move, unless his friend is down. im hoping for that. whatever though.

on wednesday night he is going to some employee party, and is only allowed to invite one person. and of course it has to be nick. which is fine. he felt bad about it, but it makes sense. whatever, it started at midnight anyway, and i have work the next day. probably better.

but on thursday night mike works and his friend will be here. im not sure if im supposed to entertain him or he will call other friends up. not sure.

today i skipped class. i hate that class. well ok i dont hate it. its just pointless. i only go cuz i feel bad about the teacher. nothing he says actually sticks to what i remember. so instead of class i went home and fixed a BLT. mmmm. and then watched the rest of the sorpanos episode with mike. :-) it was nice.

now im at work. and i found out that russ got engaged and is quitting kpbs in 2 months. which sucks, but im pretty much gone anyway in 2 months. so no big deal, i suppose.

and also, my boss and his girlfriend who also work at the same place (the web job place) got engaged this weekend too. thats funny.

oh yeah, something funny that mike said yesterday. he said his mom likes me a lot, and asked him if he was getting serious with me yet. and i said whatd you say, and he said we are getting there....

which at least shows he is getting serious or is. so thats good.
