It's The Choices That We Choose

woo hoo new house.

So some good news has come into play. The house molly and i looked at on Friday is now OURS. well OURS in the rental kinda way. Woo hoo.

Im soo excited about it. the house is awesome. The landlord lady seems very efficient, although a bit eccentric. But she looks like the grown up character in this book i read as a kid. Well maybe i just associate her with that character cuz she has the same name (sort of) (raven) and black hair like the girl in the book. whatever.

anyway, about the house. its amazing. im shocked we got it. im shocked my credit is good enough to rent a house on my own. i will never need a co-signer again, i am proud to say. im soo excited. woo hoo. im growing up.

Even better, i can move in whenever i like. Although i have days off of work for August 4-7th. Well thats also to help mike move too. I can move earlier also. I just prefer to have internet. also, i havent packed ANYTHING yet. Mike was trying to convince me i dont need boxes. No to that idea.

So anyway, tonight i am going to go home and cook some food. And then when mike gets back from judo (i cant afford it this month, obviously) we are going to watch some movie at landmark he has been DYING to see. it seems interesting. and free. but i will be up late AGAIN, and have no sleep AGAIN. but i think i function better with 6.5 hours of sleep opposed to 7.5 , so maybe its ok.

tomorrow im going to see a pre-screening of charlie and the chocolate factory.

Then wednesday, i have my first day of women's literature. i am DREADING this class. one, i hear the lady is nuts, and two it has to be about writing papers, which i HATE doing. I am not an english major for a reason, pure and simple, i HATE writing papers. After that, i am supposed to work with mike on researching long beach places and getting shit together so we can find one on saturday.

Thursday and Friday i have no plans. And Saturday the PLAN is to go to long beach to find mike his apartment. hopefully we will be more successful than we were yesterday. One good thing though, we had a good time. There wasnt any fighting, we got along really well.

We got into this discussion the other night where i was basically saying whats the point of this relationship? Then we cleared everything up, and he became less stupid, and things worked out. And while we were driving to long beach and back we came up with ideas for how to deal with the whole being long distance thing. so that was good. i think it was successful.
